Today, we are involved in Research & Development programmes of the Nations prestigious Aerospace & Defence Organisations. We have latest and high precision Multi-axes CNC Machining & CNC Turning Centres; Precision Metrology equipment ranging from a Feeler gauge to thru a 3D CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine for Precision Inspection, Scanning, Reverse Engineering and in-house CAD/CAM facility for 3D Modelling & CNC programming to meet the increasing demand to manufacture high precision components, sub-assemblies, sub-systems required for Aerospace & Defence applications. We manufacture and inspect the precision air-worthy flight components under temperature controlled environment to achieve the closer geometrical tolerances and accuracies.

We are quite aware of the special processes such as Laser Beam welding, Electron Beam welding, TIG welding, Heat treatment, Cryogenic (Sub-Zero) treatment, Surface treatments such as Anodising, Hard Anodising, Hard Chromium plating, Plasma Ion Nitriding, Electroless Nickel Plating and among others which we out-source at customers approved/identified sources.
